See what people think of the pub:
Visited the Trip for the first time with a large group of friends following a day at the cricket.
This pub has lots of character and a very strange but engaging game in one of the rooms. The games aim, being to swing a hoop which is attached to the ceiling by string over a cows horn on the wall. We all eventually succeeded.
We live in Nottingham….
When we go shopping in town on a sunday we always find an excuse to nip for a couple of pints in the trip, they have an excellent range of beers and a quite decent food menu as well the crowd are a mix of locals and world wide tourists, it is a very friendly pub with a long interesting history in a unique setting. Enjoy!
